Underground City

The Underground City was created two years after Evil won the final battle and took control of the Earth as well as the Magical Community. It was created to act as a refugee camp where the surviving witches, humans and other magical creatures escaped to thanks to Jason Daly, Justin Evans and other leaders in the magical community. The vast city was once part of the Underworld, but it was hidden from the prying eyes of the Queen Rebecca thanks to some complex illusions by a number of witches plus some spells from the most powerful of the good magical beings.

The City is made up of many caves joined together by many tunnels and constructed bridges, following the construction of small structures to house the occupants of the city. There is a Chamber in the centre of the City which houses the leaders of the the Underground City where decisions are made which affects them all.

The City is completely immune to evil/ black magic as evil beings are prevented permanently from entering the City, seeing the City or attacking the City.

Though safe from evil, the City is still a dangerous place, as said, it's made up of caves and tunnels which can be treacherous as natural things suck as cave ins and tunnel collapses can occur, plus...other things live in the city, but everything is being done to safeguard the city, because, who knows, this may be the last and only home for the good beings in this realm.
