The Pryce Residence was passed down from generation to generation, still keeping its original architecture. Although most of the rooms are not used, all are well kept; including the bedrooms, the kitchen, the living room, the dining room, the attic, the basement and the study. It was believed that the house interacts with its owner's emotion, revealing hidden areas in the room upon their emotion.
The Manor was first built in the early 1800 by Caroline Jackman and Jonathan Pryce, the two married shortly after moving
in there started the Pryce line, and the magical lineage of it passing from father, Jonathan to the two's children,
Martha and Nolan Pryce. Since, the family has housed practically every member of the Pryce family since and
surprisingly, the Pryce name has lasted these many centuries, making it one of the oldest family names within the
magical Community.
Until a millennium ago, the home was in the possession of Lilian Pryce and her husband Frank Pryce.
They gave birth to three sons, Landon Pryce, the first, then Jordan Pryce; then the last, Aaron Pryce. All of whom took over the home
after their parents were murdered and currently live there. Landon, a successful lawyer, recently moved back
home, Jordan, who works for the San Francisco Police Department, currently having girl troubles and Aaron,
former Editor of the L.A. Times, now looking to open a San Francisco Branch lives there with his wife,
Lauren Halliwell and their few months old daughter Hannah Halliwell-Pryce.
