Personality: First of Phillip is a kind and noble person. He is funny, attentive, intellegent, and plus knows a good time. He also has a temper if you mess with those he cares about so just stay away from them and everything will be fine. He's also a thoughtful person would go out of his way. That part of the personality is something he is sticking to no matter what.

History: Phillip Ramsey Mullins was born in Memphis, Tennessee in 1977, and grew up in Louisville, Kentucky. He has two siblings-one sister named Catherine who is three years older than of him, and one brother named Edward who is five years younger than of him. Catherine is married to a French businessman named Jean-Pierre de Moreau, and Edward is dating a woman from Alabama named Barbara Jenson. They've been dating since high school. Both Edward and Phillip are uncles to a set of triplets-Leon, Celeste, and Phillippe, born in 2001. Phillippe was named after Phillip, while Celeste was named after a character on the soap opera "Days of Our Lives." Barbara had picked out that name, since she is a big fan of the show. Edward came up with "Leon", since he had thought it would be a good French name. Apparently, Jean-Pierre and Catherine had thought it was too. Leon is carrying on his father's first name as his middle name while Celeste has Catherine's mother's name Marilyn as her middle name, and Phillippe has Catherine's late father's first name Andrew as his middle name. When Phillip was seven years old, Andrew died after having a heart attack at the young age of 25. Worse, he had died on Phillip's seventh birthday. Phillip couldn't stop remembering that day for years until the age of 16 he had managed to get over the death. Phillip went down to Miami to go to a Heats game, and on the way to the arene, Phillip was in a car accident. A man named Jose Santiago Cruz, was one who had approached his car. He had helped Phillip and told the paramedics that he'll take him to the hospital. He drove Phillip to a park and there, he turned him. Afterwards, he told him to turn into mist and head to the game and not to worry about the hospital. Surprised by the gesture, Phillip did that. Jose turned into mist also and appeared behind the hospital then went in the hospital. The paramedics were there, and was told that Phillip "committed sucide" because he was "scared he would be paralyzed". The plan worked. Today Jose still lives in Miami and as for Phillip he moved to Coconut Creek to attend BCC. He recently was transefered to University of San Francisco.
