The Interview

Personality:

Maddox is just as laid back and relaxed as his father. He takes comfort in being the son of a Fallen Elder who was known for his control over one of the most powerful places in all of magic. This comfort, allows Maddox to be overtly confidant and fortunately, in his eyes, extremely arrogant. His temper is fierce like his mother, not wanting to be known as just any common being but the son who is directly in line with the Royal Lines of Evil. His patience is short with those that challenge him, and his belief is that he is always right, no matter who says what or what situation he may be in.

Maddox rarely finds fault in himself. It only takes those that he trusts the most to fault him for him to truly submit to their opinion and change, somewhat, for their liking. He is a perfectionist. He likes things to be done in his way, or there would be no other way. He always seems to be irked by the small things that would not bother others, which can note his keen attention to detail. He is extremely charming, and he loves women. Not that he finds himself in love often; he finds comfort in knowing that he can get any woman he wants, and without repentance of any kind.

He does have a soft heart towards one set of people; his family. Maddox, like all Density men, have a major weakness towards his family and he would do whatever it takes to make sure that they are safe and secured under his watch.

History:

Maddox is the son of Dixon Dicondaroga and Peter Density. When his mother became pregnant, it was something that was seen as strange and forbidden as no one would ever expect that Dixon and Peter would ever be found in a relationship. Nonetheless, Dixon gave birth to Maddox with no one at her side, as Peter, his father, was already dead. This scar would never leave Maddox as he continues his life; in fact, every time he is told the story of his father, his conception and the events leading up to his birth, Maddox is sent to a place of discomfort and remorse.

Maddox then grew up to be a young man with great promise. The fact that his father was seen as a fearless man and his mother was seen as someone not to be messed with; Maddox’s life is drive with royalty and worthiness. He could remember the first time when he was taken to the throne room of the royal family and was protected by many the great guards of the family. This upbringing allows Maddox to see the benefits of being evil and being someone that is to carry on the promise of the great Density men.

Occasionally, his father visits him in his sleeps and dreams but he refrains from speaking of these visits to anyone because he values this personal visit. The stories of the great men like his brother, Aiden Black-Density, allows Maddox to see that he has huge shoes to fill and most go on to rule with a great and mighty fist. His time at Avalon was shaped with this promise of power. He sits on the throne that was belonged to his brother, and takes comfort in knowing that he is now in a high position of authority to smite those that scorn his orders.

Maddox’s history then, is one of great comfort. He grew up with riches. He grew up with great power. He grew up with the promise to become greater than anyone could ever imagine.

Maddox is weak when it comes down to family. He seems to always be the prey when his family is involved. He is also a very bad listener. This is simply because he likes to do things his way instead of the way he was told to do any particular thing.
