Personality: Kind hearted, generous, giving and warm, the cliche of the perfect person. Ivy's personality definately matches with this and is the perfect example of a good being. Ivy is the total opposite of evil and is a true believer in 'good will prevail'. She is an extremely loving women and will do whatever is asked of her, especially for her family. Her personality also matches somewhat with her powers. As a plant witch she is very nuturing and will help others to prosper and grow. She is an itelligent and incredibley wise women as over the centuries she has slowly picked up knowledge and life lessons.

Although Ivy is pure in heart she will not hesitate to stand up for what she believes in. She will fight to the bitter end if she is passionate enough about the subject and will always fight to protect the lesser being. Even though Ivy has this determined nature she is a natural beauty and a definate person to befriend.

History: On the 1st of September, 1898 the undestined bloodline of the Hawthornes was created. A young frenchman, part witch and part Earth elemental, had fallen in love with an ancient wood nymph while on his trek through Egypt. They both eventually married and soon after concieved, producing two offspring, twins Ivy and Isis. Ivy took on the traits of her French father wheras Isis took on the aspects of her Egyptian mother. From the moment they were born there had been a clear division and both children clashed. Many years passed and both Ivy and Isis split, deciding to make new lives apart from one another.

The plant witch and elemental, Ivy, moved to America and became a doctor, studying in herbal medicine. There she met her husband Johnathon and after several years together produced a child, Justin Evans, the weather witch. They settled down and continued to live there 'normal' family life until her wicked sister Isis made her presence known. She entered Ivy's home and brutally killed her husband with her magical abilities. Perhaps she had been jelous of Ivy's success or perhaps it was just for sheer fun, she was unsure but it had sent her into a fit of rage. With all the power she could find and produce Ivy imprisoned Isis, trapping her in the Great Pillar. For her son's safety and better life, Ivy fled San Francisco and moved to Paris where she found a small apartment home. Justin soon aged and sought a more fufilling life and therefore left his home and moved back to America, leaving his mother in France.

In 2008, Ivy sensed her sister had been reawoken and would start creating havock if she was not stopped. Ivy planned on moving back to San Francisco in hopes of reuniting with her son and stopping this evil women in her tracks but Justin had handled things alone and refused her help, it was his battle now. Isis convinced Justin's son, Haden Evan's, to kill Justin's wife with the guidance of evil magic. He completed the task and soon after turnt to the side of evil. Justin confronted the two in the South of France and with all the power he could create sent them into a deep slumber, sealing them in a cave.

Centurie's passed and all seemed calm, Ivy continued to live in the comfort's of her small cottage in France although she secretly longed for a more fulfilling life. A recent knock on the door revealed that Justin had another son, Colby, making Ivy Evan's a grandmother once again. To be closer to her family she packed her belongings and moved to San Francisco, hoping to be part of her grandson's life. Upon arriving she felt her age and looks would prevent her from fitting in with the city's culture and environment. She also felt creating a new look would be a start of something new, she could start her life again. She cast a spell to return her youth which worked perfectly, changing her appearance to twenty something. However, this personal gain spell has backfired which Ivy is oblivious too. Not only has her looks altered but also her personality. No longer the kind-hearted and generous mother-figure but a selfish, self-obsessed women who strives to be on top, just as she was in her late teens. Will anyone discover this before it's too late?
