Chloe has always been the bossy type of girl who liked to be in charge of everything like group projects and cheerleading. The only explanation for this type of behavior is that ever since she was a little girl her parents were never around and avoided having a relationship with their daughter. She was always on her own and the only person that Chloe could trust was herself, and by living like that for some years she ended up creating an imaginary force field that could protect her from other people. Chloe can be a very friendly person once you get to know her, of course that being Chloe’s friends has its ups and downs. In order to show people that she is a good person, Chloe is always helping the less fortunate by making donations and sometimes she gives them some of her clothes. Chloe Wilkins can be both Bossy and Friendly without having some sort of a personality disorder.

The good thing about being rich, pretty and funny is that you will most likely be popular in High School. As a freshman things weren’t that good, but once Chloe tried out for the Cheerleading squad and was accepted…everything changed. After getting into the cheerleading squad Chloe started dating the hottest guys in the school and managed to become Queen Bee during her Junior year. At the beginning of her Senior year, Chloe found out that she was a witch by doing a little research and freaked out. It as incredible that her stupid parents weren’t even able to tell her this huge family secret, specially the active powers part. When Chloe was finding out that she had magical powers she felt as if she was an atomic bomb that could go off at any minute, so she decided to decided to look for help and in a few months she learned how to control her powers. Thank Goodness!

History:

 

Born on May 2nd 300** to Henry Wilkins and Vanessa Wilkins, Chloe Jane Wilkins was always destined to great things ( involving money). Since she was a little girl, her mother started telling Chloe that she would someday marry a rich Prince and he would take her away to his big castle, as the years passed by Chloe realized that all her parents were trying to do was force her into marrying a rich guy so that she could give her parents all the money they spent on her. From that day on, Chloe’s parents moved to Illinois and left their daughter in San Francisco every month they would send her a fat allowance so she would be able to live a good life alone. Living alone and with plenty of money ended up turning Chloe into your typical Material Girl, she was all about clothes and shoes. Lucky for Chloe, her parents left her during her Junior year and now that she was living all by herself in a big house, where she eventually started throwing some really good parties.

 

Life as a cheerleader and the most popular girl at school was perfect, Chloe dated all the hot guys and was always the main guest at the parties. At the end of her Junior year, Chloe found out that she was a witch and possessed active powers unknown by mere humans. She had to find other witches and seek their help on her own and after a few months she learned how to control her powers. Unfortunately those few months were half of her senior year and she missed some pretty cool things while trying not to be a freak of nature. During her last two months as a senior, she started partying like a rock star and decided that she wanted to live life as a normal kid and during those months, she temporarily bound her powers. Now she has graduated and is ready to start College and now that her powers returned Chloe will have to get help before something happens.

Weaknesses:

 

Not being able to successfully control her powers is one of Chloe’s greatest weaknesses, specially when trying to make an object move. Creating Force fields is not easy, but after practicing for a while, Chloe got the hang of it. There are other weaknesses apart from magic and they can be very common in the “Girl World”, like getting emotionally hurt by guys and believing in them. Obsession with her body is another thing that can be considered her weakness, Chloe can force herself into spending a day without eating anything and working out twice as hard in order to be in shape. Chloe worked really hard to be the head of the Elite Girls and sometimes she does things with her friends without thinking about the consequences.
